What paperwork do I need to get and sign to sell
my motor scooter?
When I got the tags I promised myself I wouldn't loose the
paperwork, but now I can't find any of it.
Is there something I can sign and give to the buyer
like the dealer did with me or does the buyer have to
come to my podunk town?
How do I get my refund from the insurance company?

if its in your name, go to your local dong office and they will issue you a new registration and transfer paper. if the buyer is not there you need to have a stamp made (ingam i think?) then stamp the tranfer paper where you sign. then you can mail it off. as for insurance, just call, they will transfer to your account. good luck.
