The Korean embassy has just informed us that since my husband is Peruvian he needs additional paperwork, a superior courts check, country wide criminal background check, which is fine, he can handle that.
But I've been told that I need to prove a letter of guarantee for him, in Korean, signed by a Korean notary.
Does anyone have a sample letter of guarantee or know where I could get one? Or have a notary they recommend? Are notaries all over the place in Korea like they are in Peru? About how much will it cost to get copies or signatures notarised? I need my passport, ARC, and letter all notarised.
On another note, anyone know where to find an official Spanish to Korean translator? The embassy in Peru doesn't do translations. |

have you asked the Peruvian embassy in Korea about translations? Maybe they can recommend someone. |
