To get here, go out exit 2 at Noksapyeong station. Walk straight out of the exit, veer left past the army base, past the kimchi pots, and it's the second alleyway on your left side.

The parking lot for the PSA is across the street.

We are at the back of the alleyway. You'll see a gate, and we're at the top of the stairs.

The address is 5-1322 (It also says 17-1).
