This woman is evidently sufficiently desparate for health insurance in light of her soon to end coverage and pre-existing condition that she is offering to marry someone in return for being covered on their health insurance. Obviously this is meant to be equivalent to a "Will Work for Food" sign. However, with the proposition of trading work for food, you're offering something of value (work) in return for something of value (food). I'm not sure exactly what it is she thinks she's offering here. Is she sufficiently egotistical to think that she, herself, is a valuable commodity in her own right? Is she offering her labor as an implicit part of the marriage? If this is just a political publicity stunt, it's not a very good one.
