Is there a phone out there with predictive text (for text messaging)?

I considered an iphone or Omnia. Long story short, didn't like either of them (and the Omnia doesn't seem to be available with English OS in Korea) and they look horribly overpriced (I must be getting old, or my fingers are too big for that touch screen stuff).

Someone suggested I look for a Nokia, Sony Ericsson or HTC phone, can anyone suggest a phone which definitely supports predictive text?

Never seen a phone sold in Korea with predictive text but I'd love to have one. I'm surprised that they aren't around as outside Korea, even basic $50 Nokia phones have this function

I tried to describe this function to someone in Korea and they had never heard of such a thing. I would love to have one myself.
Seems like I have to do 15 keystrokes for an English word that would be 4 keystrokes on any phone outside Korea.
Anyone find one?
Thanks,

slightly off topic - well, quite a bit really , but I found it funny....

''I recently typed on my mobile a brief message to my wife 'I am leaving for home' to keep her in touch with my movements for the day. Imagine my horror when I realised later that I had sent the message 'I am leaving for good.' ''

I know someone on here bought a Sony phone and was able to flash the os to get an English os. So it's possible, just not sure how one would go about doing it.

If you're on KT you can get either an Nokia 6210 (normal slider) or 5800 (touch screen) phone. The OS can be set to English and they have normal predictive text. If you're on SK I hear some of the Motorolas have it too but I haven't personally tried one.
