I'm not a real estate agent. Just leaving my apartment and would love to hand it over to another foreigner.
Roughly 480,000 and 10mil key money - but the owners might shift it to 500,000 and 5mil. Water, internet, and cable are included. For whatever reason, my bills don't ever even top 20,000 per month. Just gonna accept it and smile.
At Sookmyung Women's University Station, Line 4. 3-5 minutes to station (6-8 to Namyeong Station, Line 1)
-Korean neighborhood but right next door to Itaewon/Haebangchon when you want that.
-College town
