I'm not much for going to bars, but I've been to a few in Itaewon and Jongno. It seems the gay part of Itaewon has more foreigners and gay Koreans who like foreigners. Jongno has more gay Koreans who like Koreans.
Itaewon has a few gay dance clubs, but when I visited, none of them were that great. One of my students told me he went to a gay dance club in Hongdae that was fun, but I didn't ask him the name.

In my experience, the queer scene for men is in Itaewon and for Women in Hongdae/Sincheon.

when they showed the gerbil I almost spit the food I was chewing out of my mouth on my screen in a guffaw!
ya know, it's slightly disconcerting to have learned that my diligent time in the weight room over the past year has resulted in constantly and consistently having to fight off unwanted sexual advances from men.
During my vacation in SE Asia I felt like I was a fresh piece of crap to a swarm of gay flies 
p.s. I've already commented on how I've seen otherwise perfectly straight Korean adjoesshis act like horny gays in a noreabang when drunk.  |
