Titanbet.com is holding a WC prediction competition and I'd like to participate. According to the site's terms, it's off-limits to residents of the USA; I'm American, but lucky me I'm not currently a resident of the USA.
But AFAIK gambling is generally illegal in Korea. I'm betting only a very small amount of money ($1, the required minimum for participating in the WC prediction competition), but of course the potential prize is very large. |

A) low limit games like that have so much variance that good players almost never win, it's luck of the draw type stuff.
B) it's legal gray area, I won't bore you with a wall of text, research it yourself. |
