I plan on going on vacation, out of Korea, soon and I was wondering if anyone knows if this will affect my Letter of Release at all? I heard that if I leave the country, then it will be void. On the Letter of Release it states that my contract ends on Feb.28th 2010. To me it seems like it would be fine to go on vacation and come back because my visa will not be expired until the end of the month. Also, how would immigration even know about it?
I would appreciate any info on this.
