Maybe he's talking about seriously learning the art of sushi. And it IS an art. It's not kimbap for goodness sake. Just learning how to properly make sushi rice takes years and years to learn. Anyone who knows about food knows this.
Of course, he could just be talking about run-of-the-mill stuff and that link would work wonders  |
