they can be hit and miss.... a friend worked at one for a few months, but it was driving her crazy.... the actual materials she was given were minimal, occupied about five or ten minutes of class, with the expectation of her coming up with original material the rest of the time, and having access to no real original material....
not to dissuade you.... each one is probably run so differently. But make sure to ask at least about what material they provide, how classes are run on a daily basis, and other similar matters. Talking to teachers at the school as well would be a big bonus. |

Hi Rory_Calhoun27,
Thanks for the quick reply. So, this school is a franchise? or Corporate owned? I googled it but had no hit.
By any chance, do you know at which branch your friend used to work?
Thanks a lot!! |

For a second, I thought that you were Tiger Beer. So, I was about to ask why you would leave a university job in Japan to come back to Korea to work at a hagwon. But evidently, you are just a different poster with a nearly identical name.

I PMed you some details... just get some info on the school before, that's all.... I said it once, and say it again, "forewarned is forearmed..." works no matter what the situation! |

Hi Rory_Calhoun27,
Thanks for the PM. Though I'm not sure if we are talking about the same school. When I checked the address, it did not match. Thanks anyways, though. |
