There are a few I've found (and subsequently forgotten) where I saw some good materials as well as a forum. Can you help me find them again?
edit: I think one of them was by someone involved with galbijim?? |

Just do a google search. "ESL Korea Forum" should land you a few sites.
*Btw don't bother with "expat korea". Lot of very cliquey oldtimers. |

That one, at least, I can point you to -
http://wiki.galbijim.com/
I'm not sure of what is popular in terms of ESL sites, aside form the top blogs and Dave's itself, of course. If you need a list of blogs, try koreanbloglist.com, but remember that the bloggers listed are not all ESL teachers, and many that are don't post regarding ESL education in particular.
Instead of searching for Korea-specific ESL sites, maybe the ones that you are vaguely remembering are just general ESL places where a lot of the posters happen to be in Korea? I've browsed through a few of the spots, but don't have any that I particularly remember. |

"expat korea" does not pass the swear filter on here.. if you join the two words together (ie as it is correctly written).
Try it and see what happens when you post |

theyeogiyo.com
it's more of a general site for those living in Korea
much better community than Dave's. you won't get booted for cussing or asking questions. |
