I have my ears gauged or stretched, they are not very big, but I was wondering since Korea seems to be a pretty conservative country if my school is going to want me to take them out???
Just wondering if anyone else has had gauges and what I should expect.
Thanks |

| I don't know, but I think some one else asked this exact same question within the last week. |

You'd need a hole in your head to have that done and then come to Korea.... |

What about my Prince Albert? It's not visible but makes a loud clanging sound sometimes. Should I remove it when I'm teaching? |

Definitely gives an entirely new meaning to the "Prince Albert in a can" joke now, doesn't it..... |

| I have my ear stretched to about 3/4", I just ripped the backs off of silly the rosebud, owl and button earings they love so much here and superglued them on to the front of my plugs. My school has no idea and compliment me all the time on my earings, haha. I usually wear my hair down to cover the backs. |

| Hey, I was the one that posted about the gauged ears last week. As a guy, I think I may receive more social pressure to take them out. Mine are only 6s. My recruiter said wait until I get there and see what they say. Worst that could happen is they ask me to take them out, and I'll just have silly holes for a while. |

| if they're only 6's and 00's, why don't you just take them out while you're at school and put them back in at night and on the weekends? i did that for the first little while. if you've had them in for awhile your holes won't close up and they should go right back in pretty comfortably. |
