Apple and HTC might each be trying to patent a fancy capacitive stylus, but it looks like the good people of South Korea have stumbled on a decidedly more low-tech (and delicious) solution to using their phones in the winter: sausages. Apparently snack sausages from the CJ Corporation are electrostatically compatible with the iPhone's capacitive touchscreen, leading many to use them as a "meat stylus" in the cold weather, rather than remove a glove. And it's not just a joke; apparently South Korean snack sausage sales are soaring. We don't know if anyone's managed to combine this bit of amazing hackery with the bacon iPod sleeve yet, but we do know that we just registered meatstylus.com -- anyone care to send in some local sausage test results?

There should be a conductive stylus you can get on gmarket or at yongsan that should do the trick. the other thing you could do is get some kind of glove with a stylus tip on a couple fingers.

That's it, I'm convinced. You are some sort of robot or cyborg. For everyone else's sake, please consider investing in a humor chip, Data.

I know it is supposed to be funny, but I'd actually like to find a stylus for it. Quite a few of my friends have been getting it and having cold weather issues.

Its a japanese game from the youtube description. The games name might only be written in japanese.

From the wiki article:
太鼓の達人 (Taiko no Tatsujin) (February 1, 2010, only in Japan)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taiko_no_Tatsujin

you might have to make a Japanese account to get it.

[edit] after digging a little more, the game costs 600 Yen, so you're right that it must be jail broken, unless they had a japanese credit card they could use to make payment.
