| yes IF you have a valid ARC when you apply, but you will need your employer to say you are getting your visa in KOREA and not Canada. |

Yes, the Chinese are absolute boogers when it comes to visas.
I used a visa service close to Gangnam station to get mine. It was a huge hassle. Try to get your visa in Korea, but just be prepared for possibly having to return to Canada. |
