Ive got 99% odds that you have ONE option, and that's quitting.
you MAY get some sympathy if its medical, and its like lif saving, but to take a break for 2+ months, when pension/contract issues are involved, you are basically screwed.
And no there is no sub pool since we are not "teachers" If we are sick, then the partner teacher teaches alone. |
