| I am starting my winter vacation from my EPIK school tomorrow. I go home and come back the 7th of march. Problem is my visa is up the 8th of march. My school goofed around and goofed around on taking in my paperwork for my extension till just yesterday to only find out it takes a week to get everything done so they told my co teacher to come back on the 8th. You think I will get any hassle coming back in on the 7th? I kept reminding the school we needed to get this stuff done but I was ignored.... |

It would be wise for you to get your visa extended before you leave meaning you might have to postpone your vacation. If you go in on the 8th, depending on how nice the immigration officer is, it can be processed in ten minutes or may take ten days. If it takes ten days then you are sol since your visa would expired by the time they process it.
If it expires, they no longer can process it and you will have to make a visa run to another country requiring a lot more documents than what u need now. |
