Hi, this event sounds fun!

How many people usually attend these events and what is the general age group?

I'm not single, but I'd love to go just to hear the crazy questions Korean girls will be asking.

Haha. Well, this event is just for dating...we don't find wives for you!

However, those two questions if asked separately, would make for great speed dating questions. Shocked

The website is not under construction. It is being updated with photos and videos from our last event. Give it another look in a bit!

Dear jonka612,

The majority of people that came to our last event was aged 25-35. However, it is open to all ages.

The Vin Vino night will have around 20-24 people. But Castle Praha event will have 30+. We are looking forward to a great time!

Some come to just have fun and meet new people, friends including possible future dates. While others are there to actually find a true soul mate. It's a fun mix of people.

If you have never tried speed dating....it is going to be a fun night! Join us!

Hi,

I took a look at the website - These events look like fun!... I'm going to make my friends check it out. Do you do group discounts?

Thanks.

LOL, that's NOT a planted question. Laughing I'm going to make my friends look at it, too. "Group discounts"? How many people do you know and if you know that many people why do you need help meeting more people? Laughing

A couple years ago a Korean acquaintance of mine hosting one of these for Koreans and insisted I go. I am married, but I guess he wanted to show off the fact he knew a foreigner.

It was a little creepy, but I guess that is because I wasn't there for the speed dating. Mostly, those who could speak English, came up and talked to me to practice their English. I left the place after about an hour.

For foreigners looking to date Koreans, this sounds interesting.

What were any of the topics of conversation? Did the women seem approachable? It sounds like a good excuse for a "mixer". I wonder if any real dates came out of it for anyone.

I think it's just me but I thought of two words when I read this thread. "Happy" and "International".

Speed Dating in groups makes the event more fun-definitely!

If four daters sign up together, then we'll only charge for three admissions!

So for the Feb. 27th night 4 daters coming together would only pay 30,000 won each.

For the Mar. 13th event at Castle Praha Hongdae, 4 daters would only pay about 23,000 won each!
