I'm trying to figure something out.

I got a check done for an E2 visa 4 years ago. Since then I've been in Korean for all but 4 months, though I've changed jobs and visas.

I may be going back to an E2 visa. Will the fact that I was cleared before, coupled with my clean KOREAN criminal record check suffice for an E2 visa?

If you don't know, can you/someone post an email address or a phone number for someone I can contact to find out.
