Im having a bit of a heated debate about my potential corpse...
If I die in South Korea (and I know this is very unlikely to happen) what will happen to my corpse? Will, as part of my medical insurance, it be flown back home to the UK or should you take out additional insurance for such a slip-up?
Now personally, i point blank refuse to gamble on my corpse needing to be flown home because:
1) I dont intend to die.
2) If i do end up talking to HE WHO TALKS LIKE THIS, the heavy part of myself will be the least of my problems. (Infact, il be quite problem free!)
3) Id rather my organs be donated. (infact, thinking about it, il have to find out how to become a donor)
I have family members that think more of my squishy bits than I do however so have been forced to ask about the details of repatriation under duress.
Thanks in advance for useful replies, and double thanks for funny ones |

Ah! A fellow Terry Pratchett fan!!
You might want to contact your embassy to see what their policy is. I've known of (second hand) a couple of deaths here, and pretty much the embassy is notified and they take it from there.
And it's a good question, as it DOES happen here. |
