Hi, I want to book a flight out of here from Incheon (returning three days later)

The flight departs at 9-30am on a Saturday.

I still need to obtain a re-entry permit before I leave. I know this can be done at the airport on the day of departure, but just want to know the opening times of the immigration and if they are open on Saturdays.

Any help would be appreciated

!THANKS!

you should call first thing in the morning but I would assume that Immigration is open as long as flights are coming and going into Incheon....otherwise people who arrive wouldnt be able to leave the airport (I'm guessing).

09:30 departure would be tough though as you would probably be cutting it really close (if Immigration opens any later than 7:30am) as you'd have to process the permit and make it to your boarding gate probably at least by 9:00am-:9:10am...though I guess if you're the first in line it couldnt be that bad.

First off, are you sure you need another entry visa?

I was sure I did, but apparently all Americans get multi-entry visas by default, as do a lot of other countries.

It should say so on the sticker in his passport. I know I was specifically asked at immigration if I wanted a single or multiple and I know of some foreigners who've opted to save the 20,000W and get a single (why is beyond me).

It WOULD make sense though just to assume people who are living here for a year would want a visa to leave several times.

The immigration office at the airport is open from 6am -10pm, 7 days a week.

The fee is 30k won (unless you have a UK passport - then it is free).
The waiting time is about 15 minutes + any line-up time if there is one.

You need to fill in an application, show your ARC (have a photo copy with you too) and pay the 30k won fee.
