Hi,
Is it possible to leave Korea before getting an ARC, and then return?
I really need to go to Japan next weekend but I haven't got my ARC yet, as I am waiting for my medical results.
Thanks a lot,

IF you are American AND you have a multi-entry visa then you are good to go.
If you are NOT and do not have a multi-entry visa then you are stuck until you get your ARC (because you can't get a re-entry permit without one).
If you do not have a multi-entry visa or re-entry permit and you leave it WILL cancel your E2 and require you to begin the visa process all over again if you wish to work.

Thanks...unfortunately I'm British.
As my employer is a large chain, they are making me wait so that they can do a lot of them together. I really want to do the whole application on my own. Do I need them to come to the immigration office, or can I just do it on my own? it is so frustrating having to wait... |
