what do you think about studying design in korea? what university should i pick? can i find a good job in korea after graduating ?

What kind of design? Fashion? Graphic? Mechanical? Microelectronic?

I would think that it might be difficult to find a job after graduation unless you could somehow differentiate yourself from your Korean classmates. You need to give companies a reason to hire you, a foreigner, for a position that could easily be filled by a Korean.

So there's a bunch of schools that offer english undergraduate programs that you can find on the internet--once you choose a couple, I'm sure the members on the board will be able to help you in evaluating the best ones.

Following graduation though, keep in mind that if you are a foreigner, then the companies who hire you will likely need to sponsor your visa. So that means more work on the hiring company's part. So you really have to either
A.) Bring something new to the table that other koreans can't offer.
B.) Be like a normal Korean and get hired like a normal korean.

Unfortunately there's a lot of interior design Koreans in the country already, so unless you're famous and bringing something special that they can't offer you'll need to be competing with them. That's some tough competition. Some here would argue that it'd be a good idea to get your degree from an outside school and come to Korea with that, however I understand wanting to do your schooling inside the country. Just be aware that it probably won't give you an advantage when compared to the other koreans applying to the jobs you will want.

Perhaps the best way to get hired by these companies, is to learn Korean to a very high level, and market yourself as a foreigner with foreign and unique/exotic perspectives that can also seamlessly integrate into a non-english speaking office.

anyways i'm planning to study korean first and then apply for the university. I have kyung hee university in my mind but i'm not sure yet, because i don't know so much about it. (but Since G-Dragon the icon of fashion choosed this university, it must be really good. but as i said i'm not sure yet)

and If i don't study it in korea, i won't study it anywhere else! and i should carry on the medecine studies that i started in Morocco... it's not like i don't like medecine but i can't work in korea with a french/moroccan diploma ---> it isn't what i really want.

To be honest, I think it is unlikely that you would find a job in Korea after studying fashion or interior design. The demand for these designers is almost certainly met by Koreans. I could be wrong of course, but I doubt it.

It seems like you are most interested in living in Korea and the schooling/job is just a means to acheive that. There is nothing wrong with this (I studied Korean in order to remain in the country and feel like I was acomplishing something.) You might consider enrolling in Korean classes and deciding on a major after you've been here for a little while. You might even find that Korea is not what you think it will be.

I heard there is a national university in Ulsan where all classes are in English, not in Korean. It is a national university which is trying to get foreign students. Also, the university gives scholarships to both graduate and undergraduate students. You might want to apply to their School of Design and Human Engineering.
