| Looking around, I see the vacation days mentioned for SMOE as 21 days INCLUDING weekends, I'm pretty sure this wasn't the case a few years back, so can anyone who is currently employed, or has a copy of the current contract please confirm. Thanks |

the word weekend is not in the text
As from the contract:
Article 14 (Paid leave)
1. Employee shall be entitled to a vacation period of 21 workdays in toal during the Term of the Employment set forth in Article 5 hereof...
There are some conditions on this, but no, weekends don't count as vacation days. |
