Is there a train that goes from Busan to Pohang? If so, is it faster than the hour and half bus?

The train from Pohang to Busan stops at Haeundae and Bujeon stations but it is a lot slower than the bus unfortunately. The timetable is also very infrequent. I still take it sometimes though because it stops at Hyoja station right outside my University.

I haven't actually taken the train yet, but I know others who have, and when you factor in the time it takes to get to the bus station via the subway (depending on where in Busan you are, of course) it comes out to pretty much be a wash.
