|
|
Has anyone done this?
I'm recently married- My spouse needs to leave the country in less than 2 weeks (visa extension denied).
(If it matters my spouse is neither Korean nor American, Canadian or any of those other countries that are easily allowed into our beloved ROK).
I would like for him to come back to Korea on an F-3 visa.
What is the best way of doing this?
We've already been to immigration and they won't let us do this in the country.
Has anyone had their public school write a letter of invitation for their spouse before?
Also, what type of time frame am I looking at?
Sorry if this is random~ just a bit frazzled. |

I would have your husband go to his consulate, they might be able to help. For example, we-ve been told that Peruvians need to get police and judicial checks FROM Peru.
Where is your husband from? |
