wow, i thought, at last some investigative journalism. However, despite revealing this, dont want to call it racist practice, but considering it's based on race then not sure what else, the article then goes some way to explain why this happens, and then stops, making me think the headline is more of a boast then an accusation.
Thank you Korea Times, for one odd moment i thought you were actually trying to right one of the many wrongs here, not simply tell everyone it happens and then walk away whistling. |

Wow..they investigate and report it.. what else should they do? Hold down the directors of the hospitals and beat them until they promise to charge everyone the same amount?
Even if they did that you'd be complaining that they should have beat them longer, or in a different manner. |
