| maybe this is a long shot... but does anyone here know if there is a vet in Mokpo? And if any of the staff speak English? |

| We went to a decent vet in Mokpo back in 2004....too many years have passed to remember where it was, but yes, you can find a decent English speaking vet. You might have to have a co-worker call around or something. |
