I'm sure this has been discussed many times but I can never find anything using the search engine.
I know you can buy converters for your electronics and use power strips and stuff like that. However, how long is that a viable option for.
Are laptops and desktops able to handle the conversion for long periods of time; possibly a few years?
What about gaming devices like XBOX, PS3, etc..
Any insight would be much appreciated.
Thank you. |

Used my laptop here with just a plug converter for a year w/o problem... Have a desktop now, but still use it from time to time...
As long as you have a voltage downstepper on electronics not rated for 220v you'll be fine as long as the downstepper stays healthy |
