Actors Without Barders in association with Seoul Players Presents:

A Night of Shakespeare

This March a new theater company, Actors Without Barders, in association with the long-established Seoul Players, is bringing a very special Shakespeare show to Seoul. A Night of Shakespeare is a diverse show of selected scenes and speeches from the Bard's greatest plays, including Macbeth, Hamlet, Othello, Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night�s Dream and Richard III.

The show will take place in Roofers, Itaewon, on the first two Saturdays of March. Packed into two and a half hours will be excerpts from 12 of Shakespeare's greatest plays, both well-known and not so well-known. The pieces will mainly be performed in English, but the show will also feature extracts in French and Korean, offering a comprehensive introduction to Shakespeare's tragedies, comedies, history plays and sonnets.


Listings Information:

Venue: Roofers in Itaewon
Dates: Saturday March 6th and 13th
Times: 8PM, house opens at 7PM (2hrs, 30mins, 1 intermission)
Tickets: 10,000 KRW

No advance reservations, please arrive early!

DIRECTIONS TO ROOFERS

Itaewon station (line 6). Go out exit 3, walk straight one block, turn right at Dunkin Donuts. Walk up the hill 2 blocks. Roofers is on the right, across from the Foreign Food Mart, up on the 3rd floor.
