Ahahaha here comes the dream crusher.....
Whether it's illegal or not to earn from teaching online while on an E2 is less of an issue as to whether or not you'll actually make enough money doing it to make it worth while.
If I were you I'd research who is out there doing this already and what do they charge per hour. Also, how have they set up their payment system and what are the terms. Do students buy a package deal upfront?
Here's one guy I know who's doing it http://privateenglishportal.com/register
A few problems I've heard about this type of teaching biz are -
- The fees have gone down dramatically thanks to so many people jumping on the bandwagon.
- It's impossible to teach foreign kids through skype...they just don't sit still long enough.
- Time differences and scheduling can be a real problem.
Anyway, do some research first. |
