Unless your mom renounces her Korean citizenship then you wont get an F4. Though if she does renounce, both you and her can get an F4 visa (extending it every 3 years - used to be every 2 until recently)

I think you might have burnt your bridges with that DUI as obviously it will show up on your CRC check and you will immediately get rejected for an E2 visa.....saying that, apparently some people have got their CRC check done from another state and it hasn`t shown up in the resultant check.

IF you are in the family register

AND you mom didn't renounce her Korean citizenship

AND you didn't renounce last year when you took your US citizenship THEN you may still be Korean.

IF you renounced AND your mom is in Korea with you then you would get an F1 and could re-apply for your Korean status again (would require to you renounce your US citizenship).

Go to an immigration office and talk to them about your status.

For PS jobs you need one to work. For hagwons no......well not yet anyway....
