So let's say that you've gotten to the point of having a phone interview. What questions would you ask the school and, as a followup, what questions would you ask any native english teacher you can get hold of? This is assuming the NET doesn't have a school official listening in on the conversation of course. I'm just trying to get a list of things I should be sure to be aware of before I sign anything.

You NEVER know what will be asked, but "Why Korea?" is a very common question. Just ask them if you can speak to the native speaker who happens to teach there. If NO ONE is available, then you will know that they have NO foreign teachers. STAY AWAY.
