Hey guys. I'm a Floridian, and I have to do my E2 Visa interview at the Korean Embassy in Atlanta, so I want to know if there are any cheap area, if it's in the same area as the Embassy, that'll be a plus too. Gonna have to spend the night there since it's a 10 hour drive to there, and then back. Thanks for the help. |

http://www.couchsurfing.org/group.html?gid=21181 If going within a couple days, otherwise use the search function. I just moved to Korea from Atlanta a couple months ago. Trust me on this, I know many, maybe most, of the people in the group; they are wonderful people. And there's nothing cheaper than free.
If you're set against staying with someone, there's a hostel in midtown (though you'd be sharing a room still). Or use priceline's deal where you say how much you want to spend and make a low bid on a two or three star or something. Pretty much anywhere in Gwinnett county will be cheap to stay, and it'll take about 30-40 minutes to get in if you stay in the near part of the county (unless you go in during morning traffic, then it'll take well over double, maybe triple that).
Midtown, Buckhead (especially), and Dunwoody are the expensive areas. |
