My cell phone doesn't have a dictionary function. (There's no way to download this application, is there?)

Any advice on where to get an electronic dictionary or what model to buy?

I'm thinking of getting a small one to carry with me at all times and maybe a bigger one for home study.

I heard that Yongsan electronics market could be a good idea, but that prices may be jacked up for foreigners.

I'd be more than happy to buy used too, if anyone is selling.

Thanks for your help.
