My contract with Chungdahm is over in April and my arc card states that it expires on April 11, 2010. How many days do I have to stay in Seoul until I must depart back home?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Also, where is the immigration office?
Thanks!

when your arc. card is up, you are out. You can get by with few days, but they may or may not fine you. If you come back to work in Korea, your leaving late the first time around will be on your immigration record. This may or may not affect future a visa you desire, need or want for the ROK.

You have 2 choices:

1) LEAVE by midnight on the last date indicated by your ARC

2) Over stay (by even a few minutes), pay a fine and forever have problems getting a visa to return to Korea in future. (visa run and consular interview in your home country EVERY time you want to get a new work visa).

.
