| Hello all, I was just wondering what happens after you have submitted all your documents to EPIK? Does passing the interview and successful submission of all your documents pretty much guarantee a teaching position with EPIK? Thanks for the info. |

According to my interviewer, he said that after EPIK receive your documents, they will send it to the location of your first choice. It's the MOE/POE that has the final decision to hire you or not. EPIK only make recommendations to the places of your choice. If your first choice chooses not to hire you, then they will pass your documents to your second choice, and so on. I hope that helps...I sent all my documents to EPIK already, so all that's left is the long, excruciating wait  |
