THINGS HAVE CHANGED.
My jacket got swiped and along with it the papers to my scooter. I am leaving Friday. If you are looking for a cheap scooter that runs perfectly, HIT ME UP. It has a busted panel and a few scratches, but runs great and wont' take much to repair. I don't have the time, hence the low low price.
2003 Hyosung Beaver 6000km, top speed of 110km, has two helmets, a lock and a cover for inclement weather.
It has NO papers, to reiterate.
The guys at Chungmuro are giving me 200k for it if I can't find anybody by Thursday, if you can do better than that and want to live free, do it.
