Is there a bus from Daegu that goes directly to the Incheon Airport?

KTX to Seoul Station from Dongdaegu Station
Subway on Line 1 from Seoul Station to Singil
Transfer to Line 5 (the purple one) to Gimpo In'l Airport
Transfer onto the AREX a fancy 3000 Won rapid rail that has either commuter or express options.

If you are feeling a little extravagent, it is not too much to fly direct from Daegu Airport to Incheon -- I think around 50-60,000. If you are taking the KTX and airport limousine there may not be that great a difference. My co-worker always does this.

Instead of going to Seoul station (rather crowded and I personally don't like that route), I suggest going to Incheon Bus Terminal. From there, you can get on the Incheon subway line, take it up to Gyeyang station (last one) and take a train (AREX) to Incheon Airport.

If you can go directly to Incheon Airport, that would be even better.

Yes the bus drops you off right at departures.

I've done the bus and KTX. The bus is less hassle and around 32,000 won.

Flights from Daegu to Incheon, according to Koreanair.com, are 68,400. Keep in mind that only 2 flights go from Daegu to Incheon. One around 7 am and the other around 4 or 5 pm.

To me the train and subway combo is just a pain.

This is what I would do.
