I'm buying a car and car insurance is mandatory. I'm looking for an inexpensive package but are unsure of the prices. One friend mentioned 300,000 Won per year, but I'm sure there are cheaper options available...

First, It depends on engine volume
than what kind of insurance package do u buy. there are many websites which compare insurance prices for u, or ask car seller help to compare insurance prices.
For my matiz first year, I paid 380K per year at hicar.co.kr. as I know next year it will be cheaper
