I'm willing to rent out a space in my officetel in Ilsan near LaFesta and Lake Park. I have a downstairs area and a loft area. This would be a good deal for someone who needs a place to stay or if they want to save money on rent. I'll rent out the loft for 200,000KRW and if you want the lower part (living room area), I can rent that out for 300,000KRW. I'll pay for all the utilities and you are free to use whatever you want in the house (microwave, stove, TV, bathroom/shower, etc.).
