Good evening,
Has the price of L.P. home heating fuel per cubic meter suddenly increased by two hundred percent or so? I have a bill that states that I used the same amount of gas as the previous month, but the latter bill is way more than 100k more expensive.
Thanks. |

Gas usage is tiered. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe it resets every month.
So, you are basically picking up from the month before. You can use the same amount, but end up paying more. I don't know when it resets. Wouldn't surprise me if they reset it every 3-4 months so that you get raped in the winter time. |

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I appreciate it very much.
Does Re-Set entail or mean that the gas meter/gauge reverts to the 4-digit-number 0000?
Also, my meter shows that I've used a mere 103 units of L.P. Gas since January 25 of this year, yet I'm supposedly in debt to the gas company for 300 thousand won - even though I used less gas in each of the months of February and March than in December and January - months in which I paid 69,230 won for each one or something.
This stuff stresses me out, and makes me feel even more strongly that Pu Yeo is a crappy gun in which to work. |

I understand LPG is 3,800 won a unit and it's easy to use 1 unit a day if not 3. Expect about 120,000 to 300,000 a month LPG bill if you have a situation where it's trucked in cylinder tanks. You might check that your payments are being applied to your account. |

Thanks a bunch for replying to my post.
By the way, do you use a public or private gas company's service? Sorry for being a Pry.
Respectfully,

Ugh I shuddered to read 'LPG'... I spent a year in a korean village and they used this stuff...had I known I would have declined the job. First cold month (and it was colder there than Seoul)... gas bill half a million. And I didn't use it very much...in a one room. It barely got lower. Hideous.
In Seoul I had been paying peanuts. |

@ Valkerie:
I hear you loud-n-clear: Seoul City gas bills were always way cheaper per cubic meter of gas.
Take care!
