hello.

i am about to embark on finding housing in the beomgye(or nearby) area on line 4. how much should i be looking at for a two room place? the deposit seems more than itaewon for some reason. any ideas why?

also any clues on what to look for so i dont get ripped of when dealing with these scoundrels would be greatly appreciated
