Have you or anybody you've heard about yet had their job canceled at the very last minute like last year?

I'm currently one of the new SMOE teachers at the training centre for the week. I haven't heard anything about any cuts for the March 2010 semester.

A few weeks ago, I saw an ad for 10 new SMOE teachers, which was dated January 28th or 29th, so it appears that they took the necessary measures to avoid what happened last summer.
