|
|
I found some of these computer based memory card games on the Internet. There are games for body parts, foods, and many more. Students have to find the matching cards. When they click a card it'll rotate and reveal what's on the other side. If the card is "nose", then it'll show a picture of a nose with the text "nose", and it'll play audio of someone saying "nose".
I'd like to try to make my own game for an upcoming lesson. I'm not the greatest with computers, but I'm willing to try. Anyone know how these computer based memory card games are made?
Thanks in advance. |

They are usually done in adobe flash or adobe shockwave.
They are not hard to do but you do need the software. |

It'd take a few hours of learning Adobe Flash for you to be skilled enough to make your own game. If you'd had experience with design software and are generally skilled with computers I'd say four or so hours. If you're starting from scratch then probably ten hours.
So a nice weekend project! |
