|

I am new to this, but really want to do it. Though, I am having a hard time knowing which recruiter to go with.
So far, I have as possible candidates:
Pegasus
Adventure Teaching
Korvia
Teach ESL Korea
ESL Starter
Morgan
ESL Planet
Travel and Teach
Footprints
I probably will work in a Hagwon, because I like later shifts, paid airfare and walking distance to school from my house.
So, are any of the above mentioned recruiters legit with a good track record? What I want is to teach in Busan or 2nd choice, Seoul. I want a recruiter who will give me a good school with a good rep, and one that has other ESL teachers.
I also want one that will battle for me if something does occur and one that will have a good support system and answer my questions as I get ready to leave.
Basically, if anyone knows anything about the recruiters I listed, please tell me. I want a recruiter that will get me into a legit Hagwon and support me if something goes wrong. |

I used Alistair at Korean Horizons. I know that he deals with public schools, but his agency also works with Hagwans. He's wonderful, and helpful throughout the year, not just in the hiring process. |

So far, from what I have learned from various threads, ESL Planet, KimnJoe, and Korvia are the best.
Anyone wanna confirm this? |

Don't use Star Teachers! They're not at all organized and got me a pretty terrible position... |

I highly recommend AskNow. They were fabulous and were really helpful. I'm in a pubic school but I know they do Hagwans too. |

I got a public school position. I dig it. I got a pretty sweet apartment, and a nice placement. |
