A shot in the dark but...

Anybody have an old film camera or polaroid camera they want off their hands?

I'm interested in an older SLR (Pentax k1000, Minolta SRT or XE series) w/ lens and/or an older Polaroid, something that shoots out instant photos and still has film available for purchase somewhere.

I am selling my Nikon Film Camera gear. It is an old camera, but a good one. It has produced some lovely images-I especially enjoyed taking BW exposures and experimenting with the various filters. Great for someone looking to experiment with film or someone who wants to add some lenses to their current setup. Would like to sell together-but would consider offers on Lenses/Filter sets. Here are a few reviews :

Definitely tempting, though I was looking for something with a prime lens instead of the zooms. But I will think about it.

There's a north-south street between Chungmuro and Euljiro 4-ga that has a ton of great used camera shops - MUCH better quality than what you can find around Namdaemun. Give it a look.

Awesome. Just read an article about the area, sounds perfect. I'll see if anyone else offers anything here, and if not, I'll head off that way. Thanks!

Just a tip - if you can afford it - skip the Pentax and go for a Nikon F3 or an FM3A. Match that with a basic 50/1.4 and you've got the first or second best manual SLR ever made. Better yet, as you collect lenses for either of these cameras, all of them will work with modern Nikon DSLRs unlike the lenses you can dig up for Canons (correct me if I'm wrong here, people, but do the old Pentax lenses work with their DSLRs?).

Don't you need an adaptor of sorts to do that? I believe the Nikon mount has changed a bit...

Nope. Nikon F mount has not changed at all.

The only difficulty you might run into is that the newer Nikon lenses lack aperture rings. That said, I'm pretty sure they default to f8 so you should be able to figure out the exposure on your own. Going in the opposite direction, Nikon DSLRs under the DX00 level lack the ability to calculate exposure since they require chipped lenses to do so. Once again, you can simply put the camera into manual and stop-down meter.

I have an old Canon AE-1 Program with two lenses, a Canon FD 50mm 1.2L and 85mm 1.2L. The body is quite cheap, but the lenses are not. Do a bit of research online and then make me an offer by sending me a PM.
