Hey...we found a dog outside Latte King on the street opposite Indigo in Haebangchon on Saturday night. It's a male Shih Tzu with brown and white markings. He was wearing a green coat.
He was shivering and growling and scared so we took him in and we're keeping him until we can either find the owner or somebody to take him. Not sure of the age yet as we haven't got him to the vet, we'll do that soon.
If you know anybody who has lost a dog or is interesting in adopting one please let me know.

You've probably already done this, but if not, you may want to bring the dog to some of the local vets to see if they recognize him, can check him for a microchip and/or have access to a site that can list lost dogs. I'm pretty sure there are Korean websites out there that do that, although they may be operated by the pound or shelters.

Really nice of you to take him in, considering it's pretty cold out!

Another good place to put up a listing about lost dogs is in the forums of www.animalrescuekorea.org

They also have some good info about how to go about finding the owners of lost pets.
