| anybody know about the tbroad account contract cancellation policy? do we have to pay extra to un-subscribe the connection? |

As the companies usually offer you a discount based on the length of your contract, you have to pay back the value of the discount that you were given throughout the period you were using the service. If you are near the end of your contract, just paying off the remainder of the contract can be cheaper than paying back the discount. Best way to find out is to call or have someone call for you.
Also, some companies will not penalize you if you can prove that you are relocating to a place outside their serviceable area.. |
