| I was going to purchase a smart phone then I ssaw an article on the interent about the new Galaxy being unveiled at the World Phone Show in Brazil in February. Does anyone know when the next Samsung Galaxy Phone is supposed to be released in Korea? If it's soon then, it is better off waiting. |

I imagine the Galaxy 2 will have at least the following upgrades over the Galaxy S:
- higher resolution camera with flash
- Super Amoled 2
- Android 2.3 (who knows when the current phones will get it)
- faster cpu (probably dual core)
That said, in terms of actual performance I don't think the average user would notice much of a difference. 2.2.1 is blazing fast on the Galaxy S.
If I were you I'd just bite the bullet, and get an Optimus 2X  You're probably getting most of what the Galaxy 2 will be offering today. |

The new rumors about the S2 include some amazing specs! these next line of dual-core phones that will roll out the end of the 1st H of '11 and etc. will DEF. top the optimus 2x. however, can you wait til then? i don't think i can... korea's always late! i imagine a july release, with a month wait list 
Anyway, 2/1 (Western?) teaser for the S2/Tab2?, + release detail 2/13. OOPH. |
